Just finished this groovy messenger using our very own Sydney Designer Saffron Craig's fabric! Rarely do I use a print for my design but when I saw this divine fabric, I could not resist! It sewed like a charm and it was so much fun to play with...

I am also writing my very first Softie pattern, a little Pocket Gnome that will be in the store soon, either as a complete kit or just as a PDF; pattern and instructions only...

I am back and the blog is wearing a new frock!

I know , I know, what a slacker! I am back after spending time away from the blog to attend personal matters...

So, what do you all think of the new frock!?! I love it!!! I have also dress the Etsy shop as well, nice to have new clothes! My partner's contract is up and starting next week, he will be home... Not too sure how I will be coping! I do love him to bits but home is also my work place and I create and work much better alone! Well... I have came up with this fantastic idea this morning... If, and that is a big IF, we could swap job description starting next week meaning; I work full time here, designing and sewing, he looks after the kids, do the housework and cook the meals, I, could list much more, start doing the markets and hopefully get us by until he gets another contract! I tried to approach him last night with my idea but he was so tired, I decided not to... One must have plan! :)



I have started to make bags and messengers for the store and I am having a ball with it! I made my first one last weekend and it sold in less than a day! I was thrilled! I will be making a couple of others this week...
